6 simple steps:
- Cut mushrooms stems.
- Bake mushrooms at 375 F for 15 minutes.
- Sauté the onions, garlic, red bell pepper and sun dried tomatoes for 3 minutes. Add the walnuts, mushroom stems and parsley. Cook for 3 more minutes. Add spinach and cook for a couple of minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove any water from mushrooms.
- Fill up the mushrooms
- Bake for another 10 minutes. Ready!
