How do you make our EASY VEGAN GLUTEN FREE

STUFFED MUSHROOMS?

6 simple steps:

  1. Cut mushrooms stems.
  2. Bake mushrooms at 375 F for 15 minutes.
  3. Sauté the onions, garlic, red bell pepper and sun dried tomatoes for 3 minutes. Add the walnuts, mushroom stems and parsley. Cook for 3 more minutes. Add spinach and cook for a couple of minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Remove any water from mushrooms.
  5. Fill up the mushrooms
  6. Bake for another 10 minutes. Ready!

  • 2 Portobello mushrooms
  • coconut oil
  • onion
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • sun dried tomatoes
  • walnuts
  • spinach

Sauce

  • liquid amino acids
